Integration of Hazardous Substance Management into company software via web service interfaces.

The integration of Hazardous Substance Management into existing systems is no longer a problem. Freely available web services (interfaces) are open for all applications and can be adapted to customer requirements.

The epos Hazardous Substances Manager provides web service interfaces in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) for the integration of safety data for business processes. Via the user interface – for example of the ERP – data is imported from or exported to the epos Hazardous Substances Manager.

This connection avoids redundant data maintenance. Customer and product data can be transferred easily.

The epos Hazardous Substances Manager ensures perfect interaction between hazardous substance management and in-house software, e.g.:

Our customer “Düsseldorf” has been creating safety data sheets with epos Hazardous Substances Manager since 1998. The sales department, which did not have access to epos Hazardous Substances Manager and could only distribute SDSs in paper form, requested PDF documents for easy onward distribution.
