Advice on hazardous substance labels

Before being placed on the market, substances or mixtures classified as hazardous must be labelled by the manufacturer, importer, processor or distributor in accordance with the GHS/ CLP Regulation. Distributors can take over the supplier’s labelling insofar as it has been prepared in accordance with the new Hazardous Substances Regulation. The same applies to the downstream user if the substance or mixture has not been modified. In case of a change, a new or supplementary labelling must be made.

We can advise you on which hazardous substance elements must be included on the label and also in which sizes. We can also check your already prepared labels in this respect and ensure conformity with the law.
