Be it questions on the origin of classifications, assistance in the selection of information sources or the exchange and formation of opinions on details of regulations that are open to interpretation. Due to our activities in various committees and the lively exchange of technical information, we at epos AG have our finger on the pulse of the times and can include both the current view of the authorities and that of industry representatives.
Maximaler Investitionsschutz
Nach Ablauf der dreimonatigen Implementierungs-Phase empfehlen wir, einen Service-Vertrag für die weitere Pflege des Systems und die Betreuung der Anwender abzuschließen. Nur durch die Wartung und Pflege der Software und der Datenbank kann ein ausreichender Investitionsschutz gewährleistet werden. Die Aktualisierung der Software und der in der Datenbank enthaltenen gesetzlichen Listen erfolgt quartalsweise (wahlweise auch jährlich möglich). Nur so kann eine ständige gesetzeskonforme Arbeit mit den Gefahrstoffdaten sichergestellt werden. Während der Laufzeit des Service-Vertrages können Sie unseren Support unbegrenzt in Anspruch nehmen.
Updates
Despite extensive quality assurance measures, errors or unwanted behaviour of the software can occur after the updates have been sent. As a rule, only a few users are affected. Our goal here is to rectify any faults that occur at short notice and to provide all users with a solution immediately. This is done with the help of service packs.
