Amendment of Annex II of the REACH Regulation in the Safety Data Sheet - incl. practical implementation in epos
Regulation (EU) 2020/878 amending Annex II to the REACH Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the EU. The annex includes the requirements for the creation of a safety data sheet.
Since 01.01.2023, safety data sheets must comply with the new format of the amending regulation from August 2020. The transition period for the use of safety data sheets that do not comply with the new format has already expired since 31.12.2022.
A member of our service department will give a presentation on the individual steps for implementing the new requirements within the framework of the REACH Annex II Amendment Regulation in epos.
Take the opportunity to benefit from the experience of our service department. All participants will receive a confirmation of participation as proof of continuous training for the creation of safety data sheets.
