Graduation
Officially recognised certificate of expertise for 6 years in accordance with § 11 Para. 1. The examination passed serves as proof of expertise for placing on the market all hazardous substances and preparations listed in § 3 Para. 1 ChemVerbotsV. It is also a prerequisite for the granting of a permit pursuant to section 2 sub-section 1 or the notification pursuant to section 2 sub-section 6 ChemVerbotsV for the placing on the market of substances and preparations labelled with the hazard symbol T+ (very toxic) or T (toxic)), but excluding biocidal products and plant protection products.
