Service packs – Continuous quality assurance
Errors and program faults are corrected immediately.
Despite the extensive quality assurance measures, it cannot be completely avoided that errors or unwanted behavior of the software may occur or be found after the updates have been sent.
Usually only a few users are affected.
However, we have set ourselves the goal of correcting faults as soon as possible and providing all users with a solution quickly.
This is done with the help of the “Service Packs”.
Service Packs depend on the program version and only work after the corresponding update has been performed.

Always up to date with a service contract: The contents of our software maintenance
With maximum investment protection, also safe management of hazardous substances in the future.
At the end of the three-month implementation phase, we recommend concluding a service contract for further maintenance of the system and user support.
Sufficient investment protection can only be guaranteed by maintaining and servicing the software and the database, as well as ensuring further user support.
The software and the legal lists contained in the database are updated on a quarterly basis (optionally on an annual basis). This is the only way to ensure that the work with the hazardous substance data always complies with the law. During the term of the service contract, the telephone hotline can be used as often as required during normal business hours.
The purchase price includes maintenance and customer service for 3 months including a program update.
