Creation of hazardous substance labels
Before being placed on the market, substances or mixtures classified as hazardous must be labelled by the manufacturer, importer, processor or distributor in accordance with the GHS/ CLP Regulation. Dealers can take care of the supplier’s labelling, provided that it has been prepared in accordance with the new Hazardous Substances Regulation. The same applies to the downstream user if the substance or mixture has not been modified. In the event of a change, a new or additional label must be provided.
On the basis of the product safety data sheets, the necessary contents are provided to create legally compliant hazardous substance labels.
The created labels can be delivered as RTF file and can therefore be adapted by the user. The provision of templates that cover the legal requirements for hazardous substances also enables you to design your own labels.
